2. Data We Collect

We collect: account information (name, email, date of birth, password hash); identity verification documents (government ID for creators); payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details); content you upload; messages you send; usage data (pages visited, features used, device information); and IP address and approximate location.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and improve the Platform; process payments and payouts; verify your age and identity; send transactional emails (receipts, notifications); detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and respond to support requests.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal bases: contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for); legal obligation (age verification, fraud prevention, tax compliance); legitimate interests (platform security, abuse prevention); and consent (marketing communications, where applicable).

5. Data Sharing

We share your data with: Stripe (payment processing); cloud hosting providers; email service providers; and law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Creator earnings data may be shared with tax authorities as required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years for financial records (legal requirement). Age verification documents are retained for 3 years after account closure. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences via our Cookie Settings. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive data, access controls, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication.
