Overview
Fank-You respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent UK copyright law. We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Fank-You infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] containing: (1) your contact information; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the infringing material and its URL; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised; (5) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing: (1) your contact information; (2) identification of the removed material and its former URL; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake; and (4) your consent to jurisdiction of the courts in your location. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will restore the content within 10โ14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
Fank-You has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion.
