Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fank-You ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fank-You. By using the Platform you confirm that you are 18 or older.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Creator Content
Creators retain ownership of all content they upload. By uploading content, you grant Fank-You a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute your content to subscribers. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and our Community Guidelines. Content involving minors, non-consensual material, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Fan subscriptions are billed monthly. Creators receive 85% of all subscription and gift revenue after the 15% platform fee. Payouts are processed on a rolling 7-day basis. Fank-You uses Stripe for payment processing. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service. Refunds are issued at our discretion in cases of technical error or fraud.
5. Age Verification
All creators must complete age verification using a valid government-issued ID before publishing content. Fans must confirm they are 18+ during registration. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time. Providing false information during verification is a criminal offence.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: upload content involving minors; share non-consensual intimate images; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; impersonate other creators or public figures; use the Platform for spam, scams, or fraudulent activity; attempt to circumvent our security measures; or violate any applicable law or regulation.
7. Intellectual Property
The Fank-You name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of Fank-You Ltd. You may not use our branding without written permission. Content uploaded by creators remains their property, subject to the licence granted in Section 3.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fank-You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your content may be removed from the Platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
