Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". We'll send a reset link to your registered email address.
How do I cancel my subscription to a creator?
Visit your Fan Dashboard, find the subscription under "My Subscriptions", and click Manage to cancel.
My payment failed — what should I do?
Check your card details are correct and that your bank hasn't blocked the transaction. Contact support if the issue persists.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Use the Report button on any content or profile page. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Can I use Fank-You from any country?
Fank-You is available globally for fans. Creator payouts are currently supported in the UK and EU.
